OMG! That sounds like such fun! (Except the freezing part, I don't do well with that.) Add'l OMG! I thought I recognized the name "Landers"! That is right next to Joshua Tree Nat'l Forest, one of our favorite places--we will be camping there, if all goes well, in March (J has already made the reservations).

Anyway, Happy Holidays, Kenaz! Hope they and the coming year are great for you and yours!

Yes! We will be in Joshua tree tomorrow! Then maybe the Salton Sea/Slab City/Salvation Mountain after. Should be great! This place is owned by Kate Pierson from the B-52's.
