My erstwhile beta and all-around delightful human, lady_elina, has just sold the film rights for her YA novel, Memory of Water!


Meanwhile, I am not a single word further along in finishing Ionnath-Estel, or writing my Berlin story. Sigh.  But big congrats to Elina!! Couldn't happen to a lovelier person!

I have to admit, I haven't followed through with the writing something every day I'd planned back in January, so I know how you feel. It will come though. It just takes time.

It always makes me happy to hear someone is being published. It gives me hope.

Awww! I've not written a word of fiction since Yuletide! Bad start to a year! At least you work at a real job. Me--I'm a starving artist who is overweight and does not practice my art. Try that on for slacker qualifications. You are not a slacker.

Let's try to write something. How much nudging is too much nudging for you? Having someone ask you once and a while? I should make myself write a series of ten-word fics for B2MeM. Sounds like a lot of pressure, but I still have five days! OMG!
